News
Im April 2025 sind wir in unser Exist-Gründungsprojekt Reformed Wool gestartet. In diesem Stipendium werden wir für 1 Jahr durch das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie gefördert sowie kofinanziert aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds Plus (ESF Plus). Außerdem ergänzt Tim Wolf das Team in diesem Projekt.
Das Projekt wird unterstützt von der TU Chemnitz und der Professur Textile Technologien sowie dem Gründungsnetzwerk SAXEED. Mit Partnern wie dem Sächsischen Textilforschungsinstitut e.V. (STFI) werden wir im Rahmen der EXIST-Förderung an unserem Produktkonzept und Geschäftsmodell arbeiten.
Unser Ziel: regionale Sekundärrohstoffe zu funktionalen technischen Textilien verarbeiten.
Kick Off
Das Projekt startete mit verschiedenen Netzwerkveranstaltungen und wichtigen Vorbereitungen für unsere Wertschöpfungskette. Außerdem haben wir erste Versuche durchgeführt und geprüft, wie sich die Materialien in einen geschlossenen Prozess bringen lassen und für die neue Textilherstellung nutzbar gemacht werden können.
Projektpartner
Unser textiles Netzwerk wächst und erweitert sich durch wertvolle Kontakte und Partnerschaften innerhalb Deutschlands. Wichtig ist uns die Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Unternehmen, Initiativen und Institutionen. Im Austausch mit ihnen erhalten wir stets neue und wertvolle Impulse.
Coaching / Workshops
Im Coaching mit Victoria Ulbricht haben wir die Markt- und Zielgruppenanalyse bearbeitet und eine Vertriebsstrategie entwickelt. Das ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein für die Ausrichtung unseres Projekts.
Der Austausch im Social Impact Hub und die Teilnahme an der m3 Masterclass von Saxeed geben uns auch in den kommenden Monaten wertvolle Anregungen für die nächsten Schritte und wichtige Unterstützung in unserer Vorgründungsphase.
Produktentwicklung
In den vergangenen Monaten unseres Exist-Gründungsstipendiums haben wir im Team intensiv an der nachhaltigen Ausrichtung unseres Geschäftsmodells und der Produktentwicklung gearbeitet. Das Labor und Technikum der Professur Textile Technologien der TU Chemnitz gaben uns die Möglichkeit, wichtige Erkenntnisse über die Materialeigenschaften und technischen Parameter zu erhalten.
News
In April 2025, we launched our Exist start-up project, Reformed Wool. This grant, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus), will provide us with funding for one year from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Tim Wolf has also joined the team for this project. The project is supported by the University of Technology Chemnitz, the Department of Textile Technologies and the SAXEED start-up network. Together with partners such as the Sächsische Textilforschungsinstitut e.V. (STFI), we will develop our product concept and business model. Our goal is to turn regional secondary raw materials into functional technical textiles.
Kick Off
The project began with various networking events and important preparations for our value chain. We also carried out initial tests and explored ways to use the materials in a closed process for new textile production.
Project partners
Our textile network is growing through valuable contacts and partnerships within Germany. Collaborating with regional companies, initiatives and institutions is important to us. Through these exchanges, we constantly receive new and valuable ideas.
Coaching / Workshops
In coaching sessions with Victoria Ulbricht, we worked on market and target group analysis and developed a sales strategy. This is an important milestone for the direction of our project. Exchanging ideas at the Social Impact Hub and participating in Saxeed's m3 Masterclass will also provide us with valuable input for our next steps and important support during our pre-start-up phase in the coming months.
Product Development
Over the past few months of our Exist start-up grant, our team has worked intensively on the sustainable focus of our business model and product development. The laboratory and technical center of the Department of Textile Technologies at the University of Technology Chemnitz gave us the opportunity to gain important insights into material properties and technical parameters.
